When your order departs our U.S. fulfillment center, a shipping confirmation carrying your tracking number is sent to the email address provided at checkout. Enter that number in the form below to follow each step of the journey, or open the carrier link included in that email.
A new tracking number may need 24–48 hours after dispatch before its first update appears, while the carrier registers the parcel. The delivery estimates for each shipping option are described in our Shipping Policy.
If your tracking has shown no movement for several business days, or you need help finding your order number, please reach our client care team with the email address used for your order and we will gladly look into it.
