OVERVIEW
This website is presented under the name BelcourCase, a curated online house for phone cases run by NEXVORA INNOVATIONS LIMITED, which is registered in Hong Kong as Company Number 80415712. When these Terms of Service speak of "we," "us," or "our," the reference is to BelcourCase and, where the context calls for it, to the company operating it.
This website — from its catalog and checkout to our support channels and every other piece of content — may be used only on the basis that you accept these Terms of Service and the additional policies the Site publishes.
Your browsing of the Site, or an order placed with BelcourCase, is taken as full acceptance of these Terms. If any of them is unacceptable to you, please leave the Site and do not buy anything.
SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT
You may use the Site and place orders only if you have reached legal age where you reside, or if you otherwise have the legal capacity, under your local law, to make a legally binding purchase.
By setting up a customer account, you undertake that the details you submit are accurate, current and complete. It is up to you to keep your sign-in details secure, and, within the limits of the law, you also answer for whatever is done under your account.
SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
BelcourCase carries phone cases, each one made for a particular device model as identified on its product page.
Each listing is prepared with care, covering its description, photography, colorways, fit guidance, materials, dimensions and related details, and we aim to keep all of it accurate. Screen calibration, the lighting where you are and the device you browse on can nonetheless make a color, texture or finish appear slightly different once the case is in your hands.
Confirming that a listing matches what you need before you check out is the customer's responsibility, particularly the correct device model, color, and variant.
Designs, availability, specifications and prices are open to change at any time. We may also limit the supply of any case or variant, or take it off sale, should conditions make that necessary.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
Submitting an order to BelcourCase is an offer by you to purchase the phone cases you have picked, and our acceptance is a separate step that does not follow automatically.
Where there is good reason, we may accept or refuse any order, cancel it, or reduce its quantity. Typical grounds include a listing or price mistake, stock that has run out, a payment we are unable to verify, suspected fraud, a duplicate order, and any indication of misuse involving the Site or a promotion.
The order is final at the point where your payment has cleared and we have sent you a confirmation.
When an order that has already been paid for is canceled, the funds are returned to the payment method that was originally used.
Orders that we have reasonable grounds to think are intended for resale or some other commercial use, rather than normal personal use, may also be restricted.
SECTION 4 – PRICING AND PAYMENTS
Every price on the Site appears in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless a page notes otherwise.
At checkout we show or calculate whatever taxes, delivery fees and extra charges apply, so you see them before you confirm the order.
Billing, delivery and payment information you give us must be accurate, and choosing a payment method amounts to your statement that you are entitled to pay with it for this order.
Payments pass through secure processors, Shopify Payments included where relevant, and BelcourCase does not store your complete card number.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
BelcourCase delivers within the United States only.
Checkout displays the available shipping options together with their price, processing time and estimated transit time, and our Shipping Policy explains each of them in detail.
Any delivery date we give is an estimate, not a commitment. A parcel can arrive late because of carrier delays, harsh weather, public holidays, address details that are incomplete or wrong, busy shipping periods, or any other cause we cannot reasonably control.
Entering a full and correct delivery address at the moment of ordering is the customer's responsibility.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Every purchase from BelcourCase is covered by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms through incorporation by reference.
Phone cases that qualify may be returned under the 90-day return period, on condition that the requirements and steps in the policy are followed.
Our Return and Refund Policy explains in full how a return is authorized, what condition items need to be in, who bears the cost of return shipping, what applies to exchanges, when inspection takes place, how refunds are paid, and how damaged or incorrect items are handled.
If you intend to return or exchange an item, we suggest reading the entire policy beforehand.
SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Content on the Site that is not marked as belonging to someone else, whether text, images, logos, photographs, product descriptions, page layout and design, icons or any other material, is owned by, or licensed to, BelcourCase, NEXVORA INNOVATIONS LIMITED or the relevant rights holder.
Applicable intellectual property law protects that content.
Without our consent, or written permission where that is required, protected Site content may not be copied, redistributed, modified, republished, resold, sublicensed or exploited commercially in any other way.
Third parties' trademarks and brand names, along with any proprietary marks of theirs shown on the Site, remain with their respective owners.
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Site is built on Shopify, whose platform runs our storefront and makes online checkout possible.
Other external providers may take care of tasks such as payment processing (including Shopify Payments), security and fraud screening, order fulfillment and shipping, plus analytics, marketing, transactional email and customer care.
Each provider operates under separate terms and privacy practices of its own, so a direct relationship with one of them can bring its policies into play in addition to ours.
SECTION 9 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Within the limits set by applicable law, the Site and its related services are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We make no assurance that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure against every risk, timely or error-free.
Warranties or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited remain fully in effect.
Nothing on this page is intended to diminish the statutory protections customers have under consumer protection law.
SECTION 10 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Neither BelcourCase nor NEXVORA INNOVATIONS LIMITED, nor any of their directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates or service partners, shall be liable, within the limits of the law, for losses of an indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential nature that result from using the Site or our services.
These limits operate only to the extent that the law allows.
Liability is neither excluded nor reduced where the law prohibits it, and nothing in these Terms curtails consumer rights or remedies that are mandatory and cannot be waived.
SECTION 11 – INDEMNIFICATION
Where the law allows, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless BelcourCase, NEXVORA INNOVATIONS LIMITED and the directors, officers, staff members, contractors and affiliates of either, against any claim, liability, loss or reasonable expense that arises if you break these Terms in a serious way, use the Site unlawfully, or infringe another person's rights.
This obligation extends only as far as applicable law permits it to be enforced.
SECTION 12 – TERMINATION
Where reasonable justification exists, we may suspend or end a person's use of the Site or of any related service, for example where these Terms are seriously breached, where conduct is fraudulent or abusive, where someone attempts to weaken Site security, or where the Site is otherwise used unlawfully.
Ending, suspending or restricting access leaves untouched any rights or obligations relating to previously completed orders, provided those rights or obligations continue to apply.
Provisions which by their nature are meant to survive termination remain in force afterwards.
SECTION 13 – GOVERNING LAW
The laws of Hong Kong govern these Terms of Service and determine how they are construed, though this does not displace consumer protection rules that are mandatory where you live, or any statutory right you hold there.
No part of this section is intended to remove consumer rights which cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.
SECTION 14 – CHANGES TO TERMS
We may amend these Terms of Service occasionally, to reflect changes to the Site, our services, the way our business operates, our policies, legal duties or operational requirements.
This page carries the current version, and its "Last Updated" date shows when it was most recently revised.
A revision applies from its effective date, subject to applicable law.
