Residents of California hold a set of statutory entitlements under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). BelcourCase does not sell personal information in the traditional sense of handing over customer data in return for money. We run no data brokerage, and no shopper's details are traded for payment as that word is commonly understood.

Because these signals operate for a single browser or device, you may have to set your preference again after moving to another device, installing a different browser, or deleting certain browsing data; none of those changes transfers your earlier signal automatically.
Authorized Agents
California residents may name an authorized agent to submit an eligible privacy request for them, instead of doing so themselves.
To the extent the law permits, we may ask for reasonable proof that the agent holds your authorization. We may also contact you directly to confirm your identity, or to check that you did approve the request, prior to proceeding.
