BelcourCase dispatches parcels solely to destinations in the United States. Ahead of payment, each shopper is shown the delivery methods open to them, the price attached to each one, and the estimated arrival window for their particular order.
After an order is placed, our domestic fulfillment network takes charge of it and passes the parcel to a regional or national carrier for the last stretch of its journey. Which carrier is used varies with the destination and with the method the customer selects.
Shipping Options & Costs
Every order bound for a U.S. address may travel by any of the methods below, all of which are presented at checkout:
- Free Standard Shipping — $0.00 USD, added by default to each order
- Insured Shipping + Priority Processing — a flat fee of $4.95 USD
- Priority Express Shipping — a flat fee of $9.95 USD
Choosing either of the two paid methods, Insured Shipping + Priority Processing or Priority Express Shipping, gives the order precedence in our processing queue and places that shipment under shipping protection coverage.
The method you select is saved against the order, and both the confirmation message and the order page in your account keep a record of it.

BelcourCase does not ship outside the United States; every delivery address must be a U.S. address.
Deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or any destination that falls beyond our supported delivery network.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address

Every order placed with BelcourCase carries a 90-day return period. The period is counted from the delivery date on file for your order, meaning delivery to the address you entered at checkout, and you may ask to send a case back at any moment before it expires. Should a piece fall short of your expectations for any reason at all, this policy sets out which items are eligible, how each stage of the process unfolds, and what you may anticipate from us throughout.
These terms cover phone cases that you buy straight from BelcourCase.
Eligibility for Returns
A phone case is accepted for return whether it is defective or non-defective, provided the conditions listed here are satisfied. Your reason for asking does not affect this.
Approval depends on the item meeting all of the following requirements:
- The case is still unused and in original condition.
- It comes back in its original packaging, and you should therefore keep the box along with any inserts right through to the completion of the return.
- You can present proof of purchase or a valid BelcourCase order number.
- Your request is submitted no later than 90 days after delivery.
- We have issued a return authorization before the parcel leaves your hands.
A parcel that reaches us without prior authorization may be rejected or slowed at intake, so please wait for our go-ahead before dispatching one. Getting these points right at the start means our team can process your request without holding it up.

Following our team's review and approval, we will send you the return instructions, which include the shipping address for your parcel.
Every return request must reach us within 90 days, counted from the delivery date logged for your order.
Return Shipping Costs
On a standard return, such as a change of heart or an order placed for the wrong option, the customer pays to ship the item back. Applying this rule to every ordinary request keeps the process even-handed for all.
If the case you received is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please report it and we will investigate. After we verify the issue and approve the return, BelcourCase pays the return shipping cost in place of the customer.
Nothing should be mailed to us before you have received return instructions from our support team; a parcel that goes out sooner may be delayed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please look over your case as soon as it reaches you, and before you begin using it.
Where a case is damaged, defective, or incorrect, tell us within 48 hours of delivery; a prompt report lets us investigate while the facts can still be readily established.
In your message, give your order number and describe the problem. We may also ask for photographs or further documentation so that we can confirm exactly what happened and decide how best to put it right.
When our review of your submission is finished, we will tell you what happens next and how the issue will be settled.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned under this policy:
- Gift cards
- Anything that was offered to you as final sale when you bought it
Any extra limits on returning a particular product will be spelled out on that product's page or at checkout, so that no restriction catches you unaware.
Refund Timeline
When a return that we have authorized arrives at our facility, our team inspects it and compares it with the requirements of this policy before reaching a final decision.
We generally complete the inspection within 5–7 business days after receipt of your returned item.
Following confirmation of the approval, we send the refund to your original payment method in no more than 10 business days.
Once the money leaves us, it may take your bank or card issuer a little longer to post it to your account, and we have no control over that final step.
Should the funds still not appear once 15 business days have elapsed from the date we confirmed the approval of your refund, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.
Exchanges
Within 90 days of delivery, you may trade an eligible case for a different one, on the same terms that apply to standard returns as set out earlier.
To request an exchange, email support@belcourcase.com, stating your order number and which case you would like in its place.
When the exchange is approved, our team will explain how to send back your original case and will arrange for the replacement to be dispatched.
Replacements depend on current stock and model availability at the moment your request is processed. Should your first choice be unavailable, our team will present the alternatives on hand.
